The function of the creative artist consists of making laws, not in following laws already made.
- Ferruccio Busoni
It is a universal truth that all artists think they a frauds and charlatans, and live in constant fear of being exposed. We believe by working harder than anyone else we can evade detection. The bean-counters rumbled this centuries ago and have been profitably exploiting this weakness ever since. You don’t have to drive creative folk like most workers. They drive themselves. Just wind ‘em up and let ‘em go.

Interesting Luke W./Intel video on using touch for desktop/laptop interactions.
Mobile, and especially touchscreen, has traditionally been plagued with accessibility issues, which is partly due to the relative newness of the platform as well as inherent form factor limitations. At the same time, mobile is also the one area that has the largest capacity to affect change in the lives of those with disabilities.
Hopefully we’ll start to see more mobile applications that consider the 19% of the population who have some type of disability.
